Welcome to Rachel Allison Studio! I'm so glad you're here. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to read through them before making a purchase.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Squarespace Payments.
I reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product availability, or discontinue products at any time. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance if an order cannot be fulfilled. If an issue arises with your order, I'll contact you directly.
Preorders
Some products may be offered as preorders. Estimated shipping dates are provided in the individual product listing and are subject to change.
If an unexpected delay occurs, I'll do my best to keep you informed by email. Preorder items will ship once they are ready.
Shipping & Local Delivery
Currently, online orders are available for delivery within the United States only.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout. Orders shipped through USPS will receive tracking information once they are on their way.
I also offer local hand delivery within a 25-mile radius of McKinney, Texas. To select this option, first enter your shipping address at checkout. Once your address is entered and confirmed as eligible, enter the code HANDDELIVERY to apply local delivery. I'll contact you by email when your order is ready to coordinate a convenient delivery time.
Please make sure your shipping and contact information is accurate when placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
I want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
At this time, I don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, you're welcome to place a new order once your return has been arranged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email me at hello@rachelallisonstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so I can help make things right. I'll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@rachelallisonstudio.com.
Cancellations can be accommodated before an order has shipped or been prepared for local delivery. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Product Images & Color
I do my best to represent each product accurately through photographs and descriptions. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, or display settings.
Each product listing will include relevant details about materials, dimensions, and other product specifications.
Artwork & Copyright
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, and written content on this website are the property of Rachel Allison Studio unless otherwise noted.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.
